- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (Metro cities may receive faster delivery)
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days
- Delivery estimates may vary depending on location, courier partner performance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional events or on orders above a specified value (as updated on our website).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and a link to track your shipment.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect on courier portals after dispatch.
5. Delivery Areas
We deliver across most PIN codes in India through trusted logistics partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Re-shipment charges may apply.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a shipment that appears tampered, damaged, or opened:
- Please do not accept the package, and report it to us immediately at support@irobo.in.
