What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it’s unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at admin@irobo.in. Certain items, like perishable goods and sale items, are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we inspect the return.
